摘 要:文章以常泰长江大桥北接线上跨G345特大桥简支钢桁梁施工为例,介绍了简支钢桁梁拼装、滑移支架体系,以及分阶段拼装、分阶段拖拉的过程,在验算时,采用Midas Civil对钢桁梁各顶推工况和支架结构进行建模分析,以确保结构和施工安全,从而实现在不中断交通的情况下钢桁梁跨越国道和航道施工。对于支架搭设数量、支架结构、滑靴设置、拖拉过程等方面,总结了部分拖拉法施工经验,可为相关人员提供参考。Taking the construction of simply supported steel truss beam on Changtai Yangtze River Bridge north connection line overcrossing G345 extra-large bridge as an example,this paper introduces the assembly and sliding support system of simply supported steel truss beam,as well as the process of phased assembly and phased pulling.In the checking calculation,Midas Civil is used to model and analyze the jacking conditions and support structure of steel truss beam to ensure the safety of structure and construction,so as to realize the construction of steel truss beam crossing national highway and waterway without interrupting traffic.The partial construction experience of pulling method is summarized in terms of the number of supports,support structure,slipper setting and pulling process,which can provide reference for relevant personnel.
