摘　　要：文章依托济南轨道交通4号线省体育中心站—泉城公园站区间实际工程,系统性地探讨了盾构机的吊装流程,进行了安全性验算,包括地基承载力分析、吊机性能评估及吊耳受力计算等多个方面。通过严谨的计算和详细的分析,以期为类似项目的盾构机吊装施工提供技术支持和实践经验,确保施工顺利进行。This paper systematically discusses the lifting process of shield machine and carries out safety checking calculation based on the actual engineering of the interval from Provincial Sports Center Station to Quancheng Park Station on Jinan Rail Transit Line 4,including foundation bearing capacity analysis,crane performance evaluation and lifting lug force calculation.Through rigorous calculation and detailed analysis,it is expected to provide technical support and practice experience for the lifting construction of shield machine in similar projects,so as to ensure the smooth construction.
