摘 要:文章以中铁城建集团佛山市城市轨道交通三号线项目狮山站为例,结合工程实际情况及综合管线排布原则,设计综合管线排布方案,严格按照施工标准完成敷设施工。通过综合运用建筑信息模型(building information modeling, BIM)技术,对管线排布方案进行优化,提高了施工的精准度和效率。同时,基于BIM技术进行装修深化设计,以实现降低施工成本、提高施工效率、保障施工质量的目标。施工后,各类管线的最大水平位移为12.6 mm,加权安全得分均在90分以上。Taking Shishan Station on Foshan Urban Rail Transit Line 3 of China Railway Urban Construction Group as an example,this paper designs a comprehensive pipeline arrangement scheme according to the actual situation of the engineering and the principle of comprehensive pipeline arrangement,and completes the laying construction in strict accordance with the construction standards.Through the comprehensive application of BIM technology,the pipeline arrangement scheme is optimized,and the accuracy and efficiency of construction are improved.At the same time,based on BIM technology,the decoration deepening design is carried out to achieve the goal of reducing construction cost,improving construction efficiency,and ensuring construction quality.After construction,the maximum horizontal displacement of various kinds of pipelines is 12.6 mm,and the weighted safety score is above 90 points.
