摘 要:为提高市政排水工程管道施工的质量,文章研究了中小型管道顶管施工技术。首先,进行工作井与接收井施工,构建稳固的顶管作业通道,确保管道顺利顶进与接收;其次,在无开挖环境下,实现管道精准顶进与稳固铺设;最后,完成管道贯通接收,达到连续高效输送的目标。实际案例验证,该技术应用后,管道安装位置与高程偏差均远小于标准限值,整体工程的质量和可靠性较高。In order to improve the quality of pipeline construction in municipal drainage engineering,this paper studies the pipe jacking construction technology for small and medium-sized pipeline.Firstly,the construction of working well and receiving well is carried out to construct a solid pipe jacking channel to ensure the smooth jacking and receiving of the pipeline.Secondly,under the trenchless environment,the precise jacking and stable laying of the pipeline are realized.Finally,the pipeline through reception is completed to achieve the goal of continuous and efficient transportation.The actual case verifies that after the application of this technology,the deviation of pipeline installation position and elevation is far less than the standard limit value,and the quality and reliability of the overall engineering are high.
