摘 要:为解决住宅工程中单一苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(styrene-butadiene-styrene, SBS)改性沥青防水卷材涂盖料老化问题,文章将回收的废弃胶粉进行了活化处理,制备出不同胶粉掺量下的复合改性沥青涂盖料,研究活化胶粉对涂盖料物理特性和老化特性的影响。实验结果表明,添加胶粉能有效减少其在高温及紫外线照射下的软化点增量,降低低温柔韧性及黏度衰老指数,并且这种趋势随胶粉含量的增加而减弱;胶粉使防水卷材涂盖料老化后的亚砜基指数和羧基指数减小,进而增强了涂盖料的热稳定性和抗紫外能力。In order to solve the aging problem of single SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane coating in residential engineering,the recycled waste rubber powder was activated to prepare composite modified asphalt coating with different rubber powder contents,and the influence of active rubber powder on the physical properties and aging characteristics of the coating was studied.The experimental results show that the addition of rubber powder can effectively reduce the increment of softening points under high temperature and ultraviolet irradiation,reduce the low temperature flexibility and viscosity aging index,and this trend decreases with the increase of rubber powder content;the rubber powder reduces the sulfoxide index and carboxyl index of the waterproofing membrane coating after aging,thereby enhancing the thermal stability and ultraviolet resistance of the coating.
