摘 要:探究机制砂混凝土的配合比及不同配合比下混凝土的工作性能及强度,对提高经济效益、实现混凝土行业绿色可持续发展而言至关重要。文章依托某石油钻井工程,研究采用规范法、原材法和饱和面干法设计的混凝土的性能,并对混凝土的水胶比和砂率进行优化设计。研究结果表明,对于C30机制砂混凝土,宜采用原材法设计混凝土配合比,混凝土的工作和力学性能随着水胶比和砂率的改变呈现出相似的变化趋势;在一定范围内改变水胶比和砂率,可提升混凝土性能,建议水胶比为0.44~0.46,砂率为43%~45%。It is very important to explore the mixture proportion of manufactured sand concrete and the working performance and strength of concrete under different mixture proportions for improving economic benefits and realizing green and sustainable development of concrete industry.Based on an oil drilling project,this paper studies the performance of concrete designed by standard method,raw material method and saturated surface dry method,and optimizes the water to binder ratio and sand ratio of the concrete.The research results show that for C30 manufactured sand concrete,it is appropriate to design the concrete mixture proportion by raw material method,and the working and mechanical properties of concrete show a similar change trend with the change of water to binder ratio and sand ratio;changing the water to binder ratio and sand ratio within a certain range can improve the performance of the concrete;it is recommended that the water to binder ratio is 0.44-0.46 and the sand ratio is 43%-45%.
