摘 要:文章以跨铁路桥梁项目中具体的现浇箱梁专项施工案例为依托,从施工准备、盘扣支架设计、地基处理、支架搭设及预压、模板及支座安装、钢筋加工及安装等环节着手,研究了钢筋混凝土结构施工缝缺陷控制技术的应用要点,旨在有效预防公路跨铁路上跨桥钢筋混凝土结构施工缝缺陷,提高跨铁路桥梁的施工质量,延长跨铁路桥梁的使用寿命,为类似工程项目施工提供参考。Based on the specific construction case of castin-place box girder in the cross-railway bridge project,this paper studies the key application points of defect control technology of construction joint in reinforced concrete structure from the aspects of construction preparation,disk-buckle scaffold design,foundation treatment,scaffold erection and preloading,formwork and support installation,steel bar processing and installation,in order to effectively prevent the construction joint defect in reinforced concrete structure of cross-railway bridge on highways,improve the construction quality of crossrailway bridge,prolong the service life of cross-railway bridge,and provide reference for the construction of similar engineering projects.
