摘 要:文章深入研究了公路水泥稳定碎石基层施工中的裂缝控制技术,通过优化基层材料的配合比设计,增强其结构稳定性和耐久性;通过在摊铺与碾压作业中采取全面质量控制措施,确保施工过程规范。同时,采用覆盖保湿与适时洒水等养生措施,维护基层的后期强度发展。针对已出现裂缝,依据裂缝宽度制定了个性化修补策略,实施精准控制。应用分析结果表明,通过应用该技术方案,显著增强了基层表面的抗压强度,抗压强度均超过了4.0 MPa,裂缝控制成效显著,为公路安全运营提供了保障。This paper deeply studies the crack control technology in the construction of highway cementstabilized macadam base,enhances its structural stability and durability by optimizing the mixture proportion design of base materials;and ensures the standardized construction process by adopting comprehensive quality control measures in paving and rolling operations.At the same time,the health measures such as covering moisturizing and timely sprinkling are adopted to maintain the later strength development of the base.In view of the existing cracks,a personalized repair strategy is formulated according to the crack width,and precise control is implemented.The application analysis results show that the compressive strength of the base surface is significantly enhanced by the application of this technical scheme,and the compressive strength all exceeds 4.0 MPa.The crack control effect is remarkable,which provides a guarantee for the safe operation of the highway.
