云南省某县城传统民居结构修缮措施及造价分析

摘　　要：文章依托云南边境地区传统民居的修缮改造项目,通过对只需要装饰改造的房屋、需要修缮加固的房屋和需要拆除重建的房屋进行分析,介绍了现阶段房屋改造工程中新型的结构加固技术,如高延性混凝土面层加固技术、榫卯节点阻尼器等技术,同时进行了拆除重建房屋的结构方案选型及造价分析。Based on the repair and reconstruction project of traditional dwellings in Yunnan border areas,this paper analyzes the houses that only need decoration reconstruction,the houses that need repair and reinforcement,and the houses that need demolition and rebuilding,introduces new structural reinforcement technologies in the current housing reconstruction engineering,such as high ductile concrete surface layer reinforcement technology,mortise and tenon joint damper,etc.At the same time,the structural scheme selection and cost analysis of demolished and reconstructed houses are carried out.
