同轴接触件插拔特性研究

摘  要:连接器是信号传输链路中的关键部件,对信号传输可靠性具有重大影响。同轴接触件是连接器的重要零部件,文章对其插拔力进行了研究,建立了同轴接触件插拔过程的数学模型,应用有限元仿真技术分析了同轴接触件的插拔力在插拔过程中的变化趋势。结果显示,同轴接触件的插拔力随同轴壳插孔簧片数量的增多而整体减小。将同轴壳插孔簧片数量为4的同轴接触件作为样品进行测试,插拔力峰值测试结果与仿真一致,这验证了仿真模型的准确性。Connector is a key component in signal transmission link,which has a significant impact on signal transmission reliability.As an important part,the insertion force of coaxial contact is studied,and the mathematical model of the insertion process of coaxial contact is established.The changing trend of the insertion force of coaxial contact in the insertion process is analyzed by using finite element simulation technology.The coaxial contact with four reels of the coaxial shell jack is selected as a sample for testing,and the test results of the peak insertion force are consistent with the simulation,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.
