摘 要:以深沟球轴承6306为研究对象,采用摩擦热流量公式计算了轴承的发热量。通过ANSYS软件对深沟球轴承摩擦热温度场进行仿真分析,运用Hertz接触理论得到轴承最大接触应力,计算结果与ANSYS仿真结果进行对比,两者一致。基于最大接触应力产生的摩擦热流量作为轴承的生热条件施加轴承上,加载得出的轴承温度结果又与Palmgren经验公式计算出来的轴承温度进行对比,两者有良好的一致性。从而验证了方法的可靠性。该方法为计算轴承接触应力对轴承温度的影响提供了参考,具有一定的工程参考价值。Taking the deep groove ball bearing 6306 as the research object,the calorific value of the bearing is calculated by the friction heat flow formula.The simulation analysis of the frictional heat temperature field of deep groove ball bearings is carried out by ANSYS software,and the maximum contact stress of the bearing is obtained by Hertz contact theory.The calculation re⁃sults are compared with the simulation results of ANSYS,and the two are consistent.The frictional heat flow generated based on the maximum contact stress is applied to the bearing as the heat generating condition of the bearing.The bearing temperature re⁃sult obtained by the load is compared with the bearing temperature calculated by the Palmgren empirical formula.The two have good consistency.Thereby verifying the reliability of the method.This method provides a reference basis for calculating the influ⁃ence of bearing contact stress on bearing temperature,and has certain engineering reference value.
