摘 要:美国汽车工程师协会(SAE)所提出的适用于驾驶员座椅位置的布置并不能较好地适用于中国驾驶员。因此结合华中地区人体尺寸,拟合出适用于中国驾驶员的H点适意线,并结合视野范围对H点舒适范围进行了优化,利用JACK人机工程仿真软件得出驾驶员在乘坐商用车座椅情况下的舒适性评分,结合G1赋权法分析和评价影响驾驶员乘驾舒适性因素。结果表明,优化后的H点舒适域对商用车驾驶员来说存在较好的乘驾体验,为后期驾驶室整体布置提供了一定理论基础。The layout of the driver’s seat position proposed by the SAE is not well applicable to Chinese drivers.The H-point con⁃formity line for Chinese drivers was fitted by the Body size in Central China and the H-point comfort ranges were optimized in combination with the field of view.JACK ergonomics simulation software was used to obtain the driver's comfort score in the case of a commercial vehicle seat,and the G1 evaluation method was used to analyze and evaluate the factors that affect the driver's ride comfort.The results show that the optimized H-point comfort zone has a better driving experience for commercial vehicle driv⁃ers and provides a theoretical basis for the overall layout of the cab in the later stage.
