摘  要:针对雾化法去除微细颗粒粉尘过程中如何增强雾化喷嘴的雾化性能问题,采用Fluent对应用表面活性剂的雾化介质的压力旋流喷嘴雾化特性进行优化。研究基于欧拉-拉格朗日法探讨了三种不同雾化介质溶液(水、质量分数0.05%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的雾化特性,分析了压力旋流喷嘴雾化压力和介质种类在雾化场中对雾滴索特尔(Sauter)直径的空间分布和单位面积的雾滴数目通量N的影响。结果表明:雾滴轨迹呈空心圆锥状雾炬;SDS较SDBS、水溶液雾化得到的粒径更小,平均SMD粒径可达71.44μm。三种介质轴向距离的雾滴数量通量逐渐减小并趋于平衡,液滴数量通量N可达N=7.58E+09。研究结果可为冶金过程转炉蒸发冷却器、云式除尘器等除尘过程中喷雾压力与雾化介质的选择提供计算和设计基础数据。Aiming at the problem of how to enhance the atomization performance of the atomizing nozzle in the process of remov⁃ing fine particle dust by atomization method,Fluent was used to optimize the atomization characteristics of the pressure swirl nozzle of the atomizing medium with surfactant.Based on Euler Lagrange method,the atomization characteristics of three differ⁃ent atomization medium solutions(water,0.05%sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)were studied.the effects of atomization pressure and medium types of pressure swirl nozzle on droplet Sauter in atomization field were analyzed The results show that the droplet trajectory is a hollow conical torch;the particle size of SDS is smaller than that of SDBS and aqueous solution atomization,and the average SMD particle size can reach 71.44μm.The droplet quantity flux of axial distance between the three media gradually decreases and tends to balance.The droplet quantity flux N can reach N=7.58E+09.The research results can provide basic data for the calculation and design of spray pressure and atomizing medium in the process of converter evaporation cooler and cloud precipitator.
