摘  要:收割机工作过程中需要通过气体将谷物和谷壳分离,为优化水稻联合收割机的多风道清选装置,采用流化谷物阻力模型和气流阻力模型计算了不同风机管道的等效阻力,设计了不同开口度的多孔板来模拟工作负载。通过比较模拟结果与风速计测量结果,验证了计算流体动力学(CFD)模型在仿真风机内部气流和压力分布的合理性。在此基础上研究了工作负荷对风机内部气流速度、风道容积分布和总压分布的影响。相对于单管清选系统,该多风道清选系统的颗粒筛损失和谷物杂质率方面有了明显的改进。In order to optimize the multi duct cleaning device of rice combine harvester,the equivalent resistance of different fan pipes is calculated by using fluidized grain resistance model and air flow resistance model,and perforated plates with different openings are designed to simulate the working load.By comparing the simulation results with the measurement results of hot wire anemometer,the rationality of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model in simulating the air flow and pressure distribution in the fan is verified.On this basis,the effects of working load on the internal air velocity,duct volume distribution and total pres⁃sure distribution of the fan are studied.Compared with the single pipe cleaning system,the particle screen loss and grain impurity rate of the multi-channel cleaning system have been significantly improved.
