摘 要:为了提高高速精密无心磨床砂轮主轴的稳定性以及磨削精度,考虑到砂轮主轴工况下的热力耦合效应的影响,提出了以砂轮主轴一阶固有频率最大以及工况下的变形量最小和谐响应振幅最小为目标的多目标优化方法。在有限元仿真软件ANSYS中建立砂轮主轴热-力耦合效应的有限元仿真模型,然后结合中心复合试验设计理论分别建立了砂轮主轴基于标准二阶响应面法的响应面模型以及基于Kriging方法的响应面模型;最后提出了Kriging响应面方法和多目标遗传算法(NS⁃GA-II算法)相结合的多目标优化方法对砂轮主轴进行优化,获得砂轮主轴的Pareto优化解集。结果表明优化后的砂轮主轴一阶固有频率增加了1.86%,最大变形量减少了0.80%,工况下谐响应振幅减少了42%,提升了砂轮主轴的稳定性,同时为相关轴类零件的优化设计提供了参考。In order to improve the stability and grinding accuracy of grinding wheel spindle of high-speed precision centerless grind⁃er,a multi-objective optimization method was proposed to maximize the first-order natural frequency of grinding wheel spindle and minimize the deformation and harmonic response amplitude of grinding wheel spindle under working conditions.The finite element simulation model of the thermal coupling effect of the grinding wheel spindle was established in ANSYS,and then the response sur⁃face model based on the standard second-order response surface method and the response surface model based on the Kriging method were established by combining the central composite test design theory.Finally,a multi-objective optimization method combining Kriging response surface method and multi-objective genetic algorithm(NSGA-II algorithm)was proposed to optimize the grinding wheel spindle,and the Pareto optimization solution set of grinding wheel spindle was obtained.The results show that the first-order natural frequency of grinding wheel spindle is increased by 1.86%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 0.80%,and the har⁃monic response amplitude is reduced by 42%under working conditions,which improves the stability of grinding wheel spindle and provides a reference for the optimization design of related shaft parts.
