摘  要:以某款单轴并联式混合动力轻型卡车为目标车型,在保持动力性的前提下,构建了一种基于等效油耗最小策略的控制策略。基于AVL CRUSIE搭建整车模型,Matlab/Simulink搭建能量管理策略,为了提高整车燃油经济性,在逻辑门限控制策略的基础上,制定ECMS(Equivalent Consumption Minimum Strategy),在新欧洲城市工况(NEDC)下通过台架试验验证模型与策略的可信性。结果表明:该等效油耗最小策略在满足动力性的前提下,与逻辑门限相比,百公里油耗量显著下降,燃油经济性提高了3.84%,(State of Charge)稳定性控制效果更好。A single axle parallel hybrid electric light truck is taken as the target model,on the premise of ensuring the dynamic perfor⁃mance,a control strategy based on the minimum equivalent fuel consumption strategy is proposed The vehicle model was built based on AVL CRUSIE,and the energy management strategy was built by Matlab/Simulink.In order to improve the fuel economy of the ve⁃hicle,the ECMS(Equivalent Consumption Minimum Strategy)was developed based on the logic threshold control strategy,and the credibility of the model and strategy was verified by bench test under the new European city working condition(NEDC).The results show that compared with the logic threshold,the fuel consumption per 100km is significantly decreased,the fuel economy is improved by 3.84%,and the stability control effect is better under the premise of satisfying the power performance.
