摘  要:为了解决发动机用充电发电机皮带轮螺母拧紧力矩不受控、影响产品质量且装配效率较低的现状,根据皮带轮螺母的拧紧工艺和扭矩控制原理,设计了一种集成式可精确控制轴承压入力、皮带轮螺母拧紧力矩并同时在线检测的设备,通过环形轨道模组实现零件自动流转,利用人机界面实时监控装配质量与数量,同时将记录数据导入电脑进行数据统计及分析,实现高效生产。试验表明,利用本设备装配的发电机皮带轮螺母拧紧力矩100%合格,装配效率提升67%,效率提升的同时可使装配质量稳定受控,确保产品及时交付。In order to solve the problem that the tightening torque of the pulley nut of the charging generator for the engine is not con⁃trolled,which affects the product quality and the assembly efficiency negatively,an integrated equipment e is designed which can accurately control the bearing force and the tightening torque of the pulley nut and simultaneously detect them online.The tighten⁃ing process and torque control principle of the pulley nut are employed,and the automatic flow of parts is realized through the annu⁃lar rail module.The man-machine interface is used to monitor the assembly quality and quantity in real time,and the recorded da⁃ta is imported into the computer for data statistics and analysis,so as to achieve efficient production.The test shows that the tighten⁃ing torque of the generator pulley nut assembled with this equipment is 100%qualified,and the assembly efficiency is increased by 67%.While the efficiency is improved,the assembly quality is stable and controlled,ensuring timely delivery of products.
