摘 要:对地面分层注水井口分层注水量进行研究。首先对地面分层注水井口三层注水的数学模型进行研究,通过有限元软件FLUENT进行CFD模拟计算得出4种不同工况下的各层注水量,同时建立三层注水实验平台,在实验平台上做与仿真相同工况的分层注水实验,实验数据与仿真数据相互补充,确定模拟结果可靠后,进行全工况的正交模拟,得到全工况下的各层质量流量值。通过SPSS做相关性分析,得出各层质量流量值与三层流量调节阀开度的相关性矩阵,确认三个开度均可与各层注水量共同拟合后,用MATLAB将各层注水量与三层流量调节阀开度分别做线性多元拟合和非线性多元拟合,确定非线性多元拟合精度更高,最终得出各层注水量与三层流量调节阀开度的非线性模型多元拟合方程,为三层注水的技术开发提供理论参考与方法。The stratified water injection volume of the ground stratified water injection wellhead is studied.Firstly,the mathemat⁃ical model of the three-layer water injection of the ground layered water injection wellhead is studied,and the CFD simulation calculation is carried out through the finite element software FLUENT to obtain the water injection volume of each layer under 4 different working conditions.At the same time,a three-layer water injection experimental platform is established.Do the layered water injection experiment under the same working conditions as the simulation.The experimental data and the simulation data complement each other.After confirming that the simulation results are reliable,the orthogonal simulation of all working condi⁃tions is carried out to obtain the mass flow values of each layer under the full working conditions.Through the correlation analy⁃sis of SPSS,the correlation matrix between the mass flow value of each layer and the opening of the three-layer flow control valve is obtained.After confirming that the three openings can be fitted with the water injection volume of each layer,MATLAB is used to inject each layer.The water volume and the opening of the three-layer flow control valve are respectively subjected to linear multiple fitting and non-linear multiple fitting to determine that the nonlinear multiple fitting has a higher accuracy,and finally the nonlinearity between the water injection volume of each layer and the opening of the three-layer flow control valve is obtained.The model multivariate fitting equation provides a theoretical reference and method for the development of three-layer water injection technology.
