采棉机液压机械耦合变速器动态特性分析

摘  要:为研究采棉机在作业与运输过程中传动系统的动态特性,基于液压机械耦合传动原理搭建了HMCVT动态特性测试试验台,对试验台进行硬件、软件设计,运用LabVIEW建立了HMCVT测控系统,最后对采棉机液压机械变速器(HM⁃CVT)进行了连续性测试与效率测试。测试结果表明:采棉机传动系统输出转速过程连续,液压系统输出转速随着输入转速的升高出现峰值时间延长,整体调速过程更平缓;随着变量泵排量增加,液压系统的传动效率增加,同时不同发动机转速下,采棉机HMCVT系统在工作速度10km/h时的传动效率达80%以上,机械系统的高效率弥补了液压系统的低效率,采棉机在(15~25)km/h的运输速度时,液压机械耦合传动系统的传动效率最高。In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system of the cotton picker in the process of operation and transportation,a HMCVT dynamic characteristic test-bed is built based on the hydraulic mechanical coupling transmission principle.The hardware and software of the test-bed are designed,and the HMCVT measurement and control system is estab⁃lished by using LabVIEW.Finally,the continuity test and efficiency test of the hydraulic mechanical transmission(HMCVT)of the cotton picker are carried out.The test results show that the output speed process of the transmission system of the cotton picker is continuous,the peak time of the output speed of the hydraulic system increases with the increase of the input speed,and the over⁃all speed regulation process is more gentle.With the increase of variable pump displacement,the transmission efficiency of the hy⁃draulic system increases.At different engine speeds,the transmission efficiency of the HMCVT system of the cotton picker reaches more than 80%at the working speed of 10km/h.The high efficiency of the mechanical system makes up for the low efficiency of the hydraulic system.The transmission efficiency of the hydraulic mechanical coupling transmission system is the highest at the transportation speed of(15~25)km/h.
