摘　　要：采用日光+20%异硫氰酸烯丙酯水乳剂(1000倍液)、日光+42%威百亩水剂(300倍液)、日光+清水对照(CK)3种方式进行草莓田土壤消毒,以期通过田间试验,明确20%异硫氰酸烯丙酯水乳剂的应用效果。结果表明:草莓移栽7 d和14 d后,日光+20%异硫氰酸烯丙酯水乳剂处理对草莓炭疽病的防效分别为69.32%和73.66%,与常规土壤处理剂42%威百亩水剂处理无显著差异;与CK相比,日光+20%异硫氰酸烯丙酯水乳剂处理草莓植株死苗率降低,长势增强,株高、茎粗、冠幅增加,始收期提前8 d,产量增加22.8%。异硫氰酸烯丙酯来源于植物,成分安全,用于土壤消毒时操作简便、省时高效,可作为草莓大棚土壤消毒剂推广应用。Through the field experiment,this study used three methods for soil disinfection in strawberry fields,such as sunlight+20%allyl isothiocyanate water emulsion(1000-fold dilution),sunlight+42%metham-sodium aqueous solution(300-fold dilution),sunlight+clear water control(CK),in order to clarify the application effect of 20%allyl isothiocyanate water emulsion.The results showed that on the 7th day and 14th day after strawberry transplantation,the control effects of sunlight+20%allyl isothiocyanate water emulsion treatment against strawberry anthracnose were 69.32%and 73.66%,respectively,which were not significantly different from those of the conventional soil treatment agent 42%metham-sodium aqueous solution treatment.Compared with CK,after treated the soil with sunlight+20%allyl isothiocyanate water emulsion,the death rate of strawberry seedlings decreased,the growth potential enhanced,the plant height,stem diameter and crown width increased,the initial harvest period advanced by 8 days,and the yield increased by 22.8%.The allyl isothiocyanate is derived from plants and has the advantages of safety,simple operation,time-saving and high efficiency when used for soil disinfection.It can be used as a soil disinfectant in strawberry greenhouses.
