摘　　要：长两优88是合肥丰乐种业股份有限公司以不育系长6411S为母本、恢复系R6186为父本杂交选育而成的中籼稻品种,适宜在长江中下游地区作一季中稻种植。在介绍长两优88选育过程和特征特性的基础上,从播种育秧、移栽、肥水管理、病虫害防治等方面总结了其高产优质栽培技术,同时阐述了其亲本繁殖技术和制种技术,以供相关工作者参考。Changliangyou 88 is a hybrid mid-season indica rice variety developed by Hefei Fengle Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.through using the sterile line Chang6411S as the female parent and the restorer line R6186 as the male parent.It is suitable for planting as mid-season rice in lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze River.On the basis of introducing the breeding process and characteristics of Changliangyou 88,this paper summarized its high-yield and high-quality cultivation techniques from sowing and seedling raising,transplanting,fertilizer and water management,pest and disease control,etc.At the same time,its parental reproduction techniques and seed production techniques were elaborated,so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
