摘　　要：在高层住宅建筑中,地下防水工程的施工质量直接影响建筑物的使用寿命和安全性。基于此,本文结合实际工程案例,深入研究和探讨高层住宅建筑地下防水工程施工技术。通过对工程实例的分析和比较,验证了改进措施能够有效提高工程项目的综合效益。希望为高层住宅建筑的地下防水工程施工提供有益参考和借鉴。The construction quality of underground waterproofing engineering in high-rise residential buildings directly affects the service life and safety of the building.Based on this,this article combines practical engineering cases to deeply study and explore the construction technology of underground waterproofing engineering for high-rise residential buildings.Through the analysis and comparison of engineering examples,the effectiveness and feasibility of the improvement measures have been verified,and the improvement measures can effectively improve the comprehensive benefits of the engineering project.I hope this article can provide useful reference and inspiration for the construction of underground waterproofing projects in high-rise residential buildings.
