摘　　要：城市轨道交通车站客运组织的安全管理与控制是确保车站高效、安全运营的关键环节。随着城市化进程的加速和交通运输需求的增长,城市轨道交通车站面临着巨大的客流量压力,对车站的客运组织提出了更高要求。本文结合北京地铁发展状况,通过分析车站客运组织的工作内容与要求,提出相应的安全管理控制对策,以期为城市轨道交通工作提供参考和借鉴。The safety management and control of passenger transportation organization in urban rail transit stations is a key link to ensure efficient and safe operation of the stations.With the acceleration of urbanization and the growth of transportation demand,urban rail transit stations are facing enormous passenger flow pressure,which puts higher demands on the passenger organization of the stations.This article analyzes the work content and requirements of station passenger transport organization based on the development status of Beijing Metro,and proposes corresponding safety management and control measures,in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of urban rail transit work.
