摘 要:本文旨在探讨机务维修安全管理体系的有效性评价方法。首先,构建科学合理的评价指标体系,涵盖制度建设、人员培训、设备维护等关键环节,保证评估的全面性。其次,运用问卷调查、现场观察和访谈等方式收集数据,采用统计学方法和机器学习算法进行数据处理与分析。此外,选择层次分析法、模糊综合评判法等模型进行量化分析,结合大数据和人工智能技术提高评价精准度。最后,采用综合集成评价法,将多种评价方法和技术相结合,得出更加全面和准确的评价结果。通过这些方法,有效提升机务维修安全管理体系的整体效能,为航空器正常运行和乘客的生命财产安全提供坚实保障。This paper aims to discuss the effectiveness evaluation method of the maintenance maintenance safety management system.First of all,through the construction of a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,covering the system construction,personnel training,equipment maintenance and other key links,to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.Then,data were collected by questionnaires,on-site observation and interview,and statistical methods and machine learning algorithms were used for data processing and analysis.In addition,models such as hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected for quantitative analysis,and big data and artificial intelligence technology are combined to improve the accuracy of evaluation.Finally,the comprehensive integrated evaluation method combines various evaluation methods and techniques to obtain more comprehensive and accurate evaluation results.Through these methods,the overall efficiency of the maintenance safety management system can be effectively improved,and provide a solid guarantee for the normal operation of aircraft and the safety of life and property of passengers.
