摘 要:区域内的低品位热源,如低温工业余热、数据中心的废热以及生活污水中的余热等未被充分利用的热能资源,具有显著的区域供热潜力,配置分布式电热泵单元可提升热源温度品位、实现低成本供热。为促进区域协同供能并降低光伏随机波动影响,该文考虑热泵灵活性特征,针对区域低品位热源、光伏与热电联产单元多种供能形式的协同运行与收益分配策略展开研究。首先,考虑多时段光伏预测随机误差与电热泵拟合模型误差,建立电热泵与热电联产机组基于仿射策略的日前机会约束优化模型与日内优化模型;其次,提出基于日前、日内贡献度权重系数的非对称纳什议价方法来制定各主体收益分配策略;最后,利用改进自适应交替方向乘子法(alternating direction multiplier method,ADMM)来解决区域内各主体之间的收益分配问题。算例结果表明,所提策略在实现含低品位热源区域协同优化运行的同时,有效降低了光伏与热泵拟合模型误差的影响,并提供了区域内考虑多时间尺度贡献度的合理收益分配方案。Regional low-grade heat sources,including low-temperature industrial waste heat,data center waste heat,domestic sewage waste heat,and other unrecovered waste heat,have great potentials in regional heating,and distributed electric heat pump units can improve the temperature grade of heat sources for heating with lower cost.In order to pro-mote cooperative energy supplying and reduce the influence of random fluctuations of photovoltaic,taking into account the flexibility characteristics of heat pumps,we studied the strategy of cooperative operation and profit distribution within multiple energy supplying form such as regional low-grade heat sources,photovoltaic and CHP units.Firstly,considering the multi-stage random error of PV prediction and the fitting model error from the electric heat pump,we established a day-ahead scheduling optimization model based on affine strategy for the electric heat pump and CHP unit and intraday scheduling optimization model.Secondly,we proposed an asymmetric Nash Bargaining method based on the weight co-efficient of day-ahead and intraday contribution to formulate the profit distribution strategy within multiple agents.Finally,the improved adaptive alternating direction multiplier method(ADMM)was used to solve the problem of profit distribu-tion among various agents in the region.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce the influence of uncertainty of PV and heat pump’s COP while realizing collaborative optimization in regions with low-grade heat sources,and can provide a reasonable profit distribution method considering the contribution of multiple time scales.
