摘 要:不恰当的高糖、高脂肪、高蛋白和膳食纤维摄入比例很容易导致肠道微生物菌群失衡,进而引发多种疾病。益生菌是一类有益微生物,能刺激免疫系统,调节肠道菌群平衡,促进营养吸收。益生菌在水产养殖中同样也发挥积极深远影响,其优化水生动物的肠道生态,增强营养吸收能力,助力生长发育,提高免疫力,降低发病率,还能维持水产动物良好的生存环境,为提高水产品产量和质量作出巨大贡献。该文综述益生菌在水产养殖中抵御疾病,提升鱼类免疫能力,促进生长,改善水质等方面的作用,总结相关研究成果,对益生菌在水产养殖中的应用研究趋势进行展望,为其进一步推广应用提供理论依据。Inappropriate intake ratios of high sugar,high fat,high protein and dietary fiber can easily lead to an imbalance in the intestinal microflora,which in turn causes a variety of diseases.Probiotics are a type of beneficial microorganisms that stimulate the immune system,regulate the balance of intestinal flora,and promote nutrient absorption.Probiotics also play a positive and far-reaching impact in aquaculture.They optimize the intestinal ecology of aquatic animals,enhance nutrient absorption capacity,assist growth and development,improve immunity,reduce morbidity,and maintain a good living environment for aquatic animals,making great contributions to improving aquatic product production and quality.This paper reviews the role of probiotics in resisting diseases,improving fish immunity,promoting growth,and improving water quality in aquaculture,summarizes relevant research results,and prospects the application research trends of probiotics in aquaculture,so as to provide theoretical basis for further promotion and application.
