新农科背景下涉农高校深化耕读教育的路径探析

摘　　要：耕读教育是涉农高校传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重要举措,也是落实立德树人根本任务和健全“五育”并举育人机制的有效抓手,对培养“一懂两爱”新型农业人才,不断夯实农业基础,推进乡村全面振兴具有重要意义。耕读文化融入高校教育在社会、学校和个人层面还面临着诸多现实困难,需要通过完善顶层设计、健全育人体系、营造文化氛围、深耕校史资源等举措,探索推进耕读文化在涉农高校落地生根。Farming and reading education is an important measure for agricultural colleges and universities to inherit and promote China's excellent traditional culture.It is also an effective starting point for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people and improving the"five educations"education mechanism simultaneously.It is of great significance for cultivating new agricultural talents,continuously consolidating the foundation of agriculture and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The integration of farming and reading culture into college education still faces many practical difficulties at the social,school and individual levels.It is necessary to explore and promote farming and reading culture in agricultural colleges and universities through measures such as improving top-level design,improving the education system,creating a cultural atmosphere,and deepening school history resources.
