摘 要:目的探讨3D打印聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料在颅骨修补术中的应用效果,以期为临床选择提供参考。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年12月于深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院神经外科接受颅骨修补术的37例颅骨缺损患者作为研究对象,按照修补材料的不同将其分为对照组(20例,三维钛网材料行修补术)和试验组(17例,3D打印PEEK材料行修补术)。比较两组的手术效果。结果试验组的修补时间明显短于对照组,住院费用多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的治疗满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3D打印PEEK材料在颅骨修补术中具有较高的应用价值,能缩短手术时间,且材料安全可靠,可以真正实现个性化颅骨缺损修补,值得临床进一步推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing polyetheretherketone(PEEK)material in skull repair,in order to provide reference for clinical selection.Methods A retrospective analysis of 37 patients with skull defects who underwent skull repair in the neurosurgery department,Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 was conducted.According to the different repair materials,the patients were divided into control group(20 cases,three-dimensional titanium mesh material for repair)and experimental group(17 cases,3D printing PEEK material for repair).The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The repair time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was more than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in treatment satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D printing PEEK material has high application value in skull repair,which can shorten the operation time,and the material is safe and reliable.It can truly realize personalized skull defect repair,and is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
