摘  要:目的探究盐酸丙卡特罗联合布地奈德、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2023年2月我院收治的100例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受布地奈德、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、脂多糖(LPS)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸丙卡特罗联合布地奈德、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果显著,不仅可调节MCP-1、LPS水平,促进肺功能恢复,还能改善通气状态,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of procaterol hydrochloride combined with budesonide and azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide and azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1)and lipopolysaccharides(LPS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Procaterol hydrochloride combined with budesonide and azithromycin sequential therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,it can not only regulate the levels of MCP-1 and LPS,promote the recovery of lung function,but also improve the ventilation state,which is worthy of promotion.
