滋阴疏肝清瘀方对2型糖尿病合并女性性功能障碍患者性激素水平及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴疏肝清瘀方对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并女性性功能障碍(FSD)患者性激素水平及负性情绪的影响。方法收集2020年10月1日至2023年10月31日在徐州市中医院治疗的187例T2DM合并FSD患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(95例)和观察组(92例)。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用滋阴疏肝清瘀方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的睾酮、雌二醇水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的女性性功能指数(FSFI)各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴疏肝清瘀方治疗T2DM合并FSD能够有效改善患者的血糖、性激素水平,缓解负性情绪,提高FSFI评分,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of Ziyin Shugan Qingyu prescription on sex hormone levels and negative emotions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with female sexual dysfunction(FSD).Methods The clinical data of 187 patients with T2DM complicated with FSD who were treated in Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from October 1,2020 to October 31,2023 were collected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(95 cases)and observation group(92 cases).The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Ziyin Shugan Qingyu prescription on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone and estradiol in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Shugan Qingyu prescription in the treatment of T2DM complicated with FSD can effectively improve the blood glucose and sex hormone levels of patients,relieve negative emotions,and elevate FSFI score,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
