祖师麻膏药贴敷联合针刀疏筋解结术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察祖师麻膏药贴敷联合针刀疏筋解结术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法选取甘肃省中医院风湿骨病中心2023年1月至2024年5月收治的106例门诊LDH患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组给予腰六刀联合足少阳经筋松解术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合祖师麻膏药贴敷治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的日本骨科学会(JOA)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祖师麻膏药贴敷联合针刀疏筋解结术治疗LDH能有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zushima plaster application combined with acupotomy tendon-soothing and knot-relieving surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 106 outpatients with LDH admitted in the rheumatology and bone disease center of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar six-knife combined with foot Shaoyang meridian tendon release,and the observation group was treated with Zushima plaster application on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score of the two groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score of the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Zushima plaster application combined with acupotomy tendon-soothing and knot-relieving surgery in the treatment of LDH can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
