补中益气汤加减治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性肠道功能障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气汤加减治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性肠道功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年12月在我院进行康复治疗的66例脊髓损伤后神经源性肠道功能障碍患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法将其分为对照组(33例,常规康复训练)和研究组(33例,在对照组基础上予以补中益气汤加减治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的神经源性肠功能障碍(NBD)、Wexner便秘及Wexner肛门失禁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的每次排便时间短于对照组,排便频率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的肛门收缩压、直肠压力、直肠肛管压力差高于对照组,便意阈值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性肠道功能障碍患者的效果理想,可改善肠道症状,调节肛肠内压,降低便意阈值,促进排便顺畅。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of neurogenic intestinal dysfunction after spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 66 patients with neurogenic intestinal dysfunction after spinal cord injury who underwent rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(33 cases,routine rehabilitation training)and study group(33 cases,treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group)by random lottery method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Neurogenic Bowel Dysfunction(NBD),Wexner constipation and Wexner anal incontinence in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of defecation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of defecation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anal systolic pressure,rectal pressure and rectal anal canal pressure difference in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the defecation threshold was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of patients with neurogenic intestinal dysfunction after spinal cord injury has a ideal effect,it can improve intestinal symptoms,regulate anorectal pressure,reduce the threshold of defecation,and promote smooth defecation.
