益气养血汤治疗帕金森病(气血两虚证)的效果及对认知功能、神经因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养血汤治疗帕金森病(气血两虚证)的效果及对认知功能、神经因子水平的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月我院收治的80例帕金森病(气血两虚证)患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受常规西药+益气养血汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评测量表(MoCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养血汤治疗帕金森病(气血两虚证)可提高治疗效果,改善患者认知功能,调节神经因子水平,减轻炎症及氧化应激反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangxue decoction on Parkinson's disease(Qi and blood deficiency syndrome)and its influences on cognitive function and nerve factor level.Methods A total of 80 patients with Parkinson's disease(Qi and blood deficiency syndrome)admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received conventional western medicine+Yiqi Yangxue decoction treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth factor(NGF)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-6(IL-6)level was lower than that in the control group,and the catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangxue decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(Qi and blood deficiency syndrome)can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the cognitive function of patients,regulate the levels of nerve factors,reduce inflammation and oxidative stress response,which is worthy of promotion.
