摘　　要：目的研究零缺陷护理模式对腹主动脉瘤(AAA)介入手术患者护理质量及术后康复的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2023年2月于医院接受AAA介入手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,以电脑编号随机法将其分为参照组与试验组,各30例。参照组实施常规围术期护理,试验组于参照组的基础上开展零缺陷护理。比较两组的护理质量、术后康复指标、应激反应指标以及不良事件发生情况。结果试验组的护理意识、护理操作、感染控制、护理配合及护理安全评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术后拔管时间、术后首次下床活动时间及住院天数均短于参照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,试验组的皮质醇(Cor)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良事件总发生率为6.67%,低于参照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论零缺陷护理模式在提升AAA介入手术患者护理质量方面效果显著,有助于减少不良事件的发生,减轻应激反应,促进患者术后康复。Objective To study the effects of zero defect nursing model on nursing quality and postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)interventional surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent AAA interventional surgery in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by computer number random method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the experimental group was given zero defect nursing on the basis of the reference group.The nursing quality,postoperative rehabilitation indexes,stress response indexes and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing consciousness,nursing operation,infection control,nursing cooperation and nursing safety in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative extubation time,postoperative first ambulation time and hospitalization days of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation,the levels of cortisol(Cor),adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The zero defect nursing model has a significant effect on improving the quality of nursing for patients undergoing AAA interventional surgery,which helps to reduce the occurrence of adverse events,relieve stress response,and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
