家庭模式的延续性护理对老年脑梗死患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究家庭模式的延续性护理在老年脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年3月我院收治的80例老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用家庭模式的延续性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总依从率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的Barthel指数、简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表(FMA)评分高于护理前,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于护理前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭模式的延续性护理在老年脑梗死患者中的护理效果显著,可提高患者依从性和日常生活能力,有助于神经功能和肢体运动功能的恢复,患者护理满意度高。Objective To explore the application effect of family model continuous nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from August 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family model continuous nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Barthel Index and Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment Scale(FMA)scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that before nursing,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family model continuous nursing has a significant nursing effect on elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which can improve their compliance and daily living ability,help the recovery of neurological function and limb motor function,and have high patient nursing satisfaction.
