中药穴位敷贴联合艾灸在脑卒中后恢复期患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析中药穴位敷贴联合艾灸在脑卒中后恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月收治的100例脑卒中后恢复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加中药穴位敷贴联合艾灸。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Holden步行功能分级量表(FAC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴联合艾灸用于脑卒中后恢复期患者护理中不仅能够促进神经功能与肢体功能恢复,还能改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion in patients with convalescent stage after stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with convalescent stage after stroke admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Functional Ambyiation Category Scale(FAC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Questionnaires(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion applied in the nursing of patients with convalescent stage after stroke can not only promote the recovery of neurological function and limb function,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
