摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理对乳腺癌术后患者心理复原力、预期性悲伤的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月收治的40例乳腺癌术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组20例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组在此基础实施中医情志护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的预期性悲伤评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术侧上肢水肿发生率低于对照组,术后首次肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理能改善乳腺癌术后患者负性情绪,增强其心理复原力,降低预期性悲伤,促进患者术后恢复并提高生存质量。Objective To explore the effects of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on psychological resilience and anticipatory sadness of patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients with breast cancer after surgery admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anticipatory sadness score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of upper limb edema in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the first anal exhaust time after operation and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the negative emotions of patients with breast cancer after operation,enhance their psychological resilience,reduce the anticipatory sadness,and promote the postoperative recovery and quality of life of patients.
