“线上-模拟-床边”三步教学法在手术室实习护生临床带教中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨“线上-模拟-床边”三步教学法在手术室实习护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至10月在河南省某三甲医院手术室实习的63名全日制本科实习护生为研究对象,将9月入科的31名实习护生设为对照组,10月入科的32名实习护生设为观察组。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用“线上-模拟-床边”三步教学法。比较两组的教学效果。结果出科时,观察组的理论知识考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核4个站点成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。出科时,观察组的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出科时,观察组的心理压力评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的课堂气氛、提高学习兴趣、提高学习主动性、促进理论知识掌握、课程设计合理度、提高团队协作能力、提高分析问题能力评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“线上-模拟-床边”三步教学法能够提高手术室实习护生的理论知识和技能考核成绩,增强自我效能感,减轻心理压力,提升教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of"online-simulation-bedside"three-step teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing students in operating room.Methods A total of 63 full-time undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the operating room of a tertiary hospital in Henan Province from September to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.Thirty-one nursing students who entered the operating room in September were set as control group,and 32 nursing students who entered the operating room in October were set as observation group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the"online-simulation-bedside"three-step teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results When leaving the operating room,the theoretical knowledge assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the four sites of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).When leaving the operating room,the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).When leaving the operating room,the psychological pressure score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The classroom atmosphere,interest in learning,initiative in learning,mastery of theoretical knowledge,rationality of curriculum design,teamwork ability,problem analysis ability and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"online-simulation-bedside"three-step teaching method can improve the theoretical knowledge and skill assessment results of nursing students in the operating room,enhance self-efficacy,reduce psychological pressure and improve teaching effect.
