摘  要:磷酸镁钾水泥(MKPC)具有快硬早强的性能,因而被广泛应用于高速公路、机场跑道、军事工程、跨海大桥等工程的破损修补中,在其实际使用中常会面临高盐等恶劣环境,其受腐蚀问题也尤为突出,通过添加掺合料来提高其抗腐蚀性能便尤为重要。结合国内外对磷酸镁水泥掺合料及传统硅酸盐混凝土抗氯离子腐蚀的研究现状,论述了氯离子引起钢筋锈蚀、对混凝土造成破坏及传统硅酸盐水泥与MKPC抗氯离子侵蚀的机理,总结阐述了粉煤灰(FA)、偏高岭土(MK)及其他矿物掺合料对于MKPC抗氯离子侵蚀的影响,基于此,指出了复合MKPC在实际工程应用中存在的问题以及未来可提高MKPC抗腐蚀能力的掺合料种类尚待深入研究的方向。Magnesium potassium phosphate cement(MKPC)is characterized by rapid hardening and early strength gain,making it widely used in repairing damages in highways,airport runways,military engineering,and sea-crossing bridges,among other applications.In practical use,MKPC often faces harsh environments such as high salt concentrations.As such,enhancing its corrosion resistance through the addition of blended materials is of great importance.This article discusses the research status of magnesium phosphate cement admixtures and traditional silicate concrete resistance to chloride-induced corrosion,both domestically and internationally.It elaborates on the mechanisms of chloride-induced steel rebar corrosion,concrete damage,and the differences in chloride penetration resistance between traditional silicate cement and MKPC.The article also summarizes the effects of fly ash(FA),metakaolin(MK),and other mineral admixtures on the chloride penetration resistance of MKPC.Based on this,it points out the existing problems in the practical engineering application of composite MKPC and the need for in-depth research on admixtures to improve MKPC's corrosion resistance.
