工业遗产城镇风貌现状评估体系构建及实证研究

摘　　要：为保护工业遗产城镇风貌、传承工业文化、实现工业遗产城镇的可持续发展,文中将工业遗产价值评价指标及小城镇风貌评价体系相结合,从整体风貌、建筑风貌、街道风貌、开放空间风貌、城镇形象、生产文化、人文活动七个方面构建工业遗产城镇风貌现状评估指标体系,利用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。以易门县绿汁镇为例,用模糊综合评价法计算出风貌现状得分。研究结果表明,绿汁镇风貌现状处于一般水平。因此,文中提出工业遗产城镇风貌保护措施建议,为探索工业遗产城镇建设提供借鉴与参考。We establish an evaluation index system to assess the current townscape of industrial heritage towns for protecting the townscape of industrial heritage,preserve industrial culture,and achieve sustainable development of in⁃dustrial heritage towns.By integrating the value assessment indicators of industrial heritage with the townscape evalu⁃ation system,the index of the system includes overall appearance,architectural features,street scenery,open space aesthetics,town image,industrial culture,and human activities.The analytic hierarchy process is employed to deter⁃mine the weights of the evaluation indicators.Taking Lyuzhi town in Yimen county as the case,the fuzzy comprehen⁃sive evaluation method is used to calculate the current townscape score.The results show that Lüzhitang Town's cur⁃rent townscape is at a moderate level.Consequently,the recommendations for protecting the townscape of industrial heritage towns are proposed,aiming to provide insights and references for the development of such towns.
