摘  要:为分析某科技创新园区项目主体结构体系存在的扭转不规则(偏心布置)、尺寸突变、构件间断3项超限情况。文中针对结构的超限情况,结构设计制定了合理可靠的性能化设计目标,采取多项加强措施以提高重要构件设计标准,并采用多种计算软件对结构进行小震弹性分析、等效中震分析和大震动力弹塑性时程分析。结果表明结构体系布置合理,具有良好的抗震性能,结构整体指标、关键构件和一般构件均能满足预设的抗震性能目标。旨为同类工程设计提供参考。To analyze the three over-limit conditions of a science and technology innovation park project's main structural system-torsional irregularity(eccentric layout),abrupt dimensional changes,and component discontinui⁃ty-the structural design adopts reasonable and reliable performance-based design goals.Various enhancement mea⁃sures are implemented to improve the design standards of critical components.Additionally,multiple computational software tools are used to perform elastic analysis under minor earthquakes,equivalent moderate-earthquake analy⁃sis,and dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis under major earthquakes.The results show that the structural system layout is reasonable and demonstrates excellent seismic performance.The overall structural indicators,criti⁃cal components,and general components all meet the predefined seismic performance objectives,providing valuable references for similar engineering designs.
