摘 要:中国石化企业现场关键制冷机组目前仍以进口品牌为主,制冷机组用到的冷冻机油多为厂家提供的“专用油”,其存在价格昂贵、采购周期长且不稳定的问题。针对这些问题,开展专用型冷冻机油替代研究,先对制冷系统润滑油选型依据开展理论研究,再根据现场机组的实际需求开展替代应用,最后对换油后的机组开展跟踪监测。实践表明,机组换油后各项运行参数无异常,机组润滑磨损处于良好状态,专用型冷冻机油的替代是可行的。此外,专用型冷冻机油的替代还能为企业带来可观的经济效益,提升油品供应链可靠性。Currently,the key on-site refrigeration units in petrochemical enterprises in China predominantly rely on impor⁃ted brands.The refrigeration oils,typically supplied as"specialized oils"by manufacturers,often come with excessive costs,lengthy procurement cycles,and instability.To address these challenges,research was conducted on the selection of alternative specialized refrigeration oils.This study involved theoretical analysis of the lubricating oils used in refrigeration systems,followed by alternative applications tailored to the specific needs of the on-site units,and subsequent monitoring after the oil replacement.The results demonstrate that all operational parameters remained within normal ranges and that lu⁃brication wear on the units was well-maintained post-replacement,confirming the feasibility of substituting specialized re⁃frigeration oils.Furthermore,the replacement can yield significant economic benefits for enterprises and enhance the relia⁃bility of the oil supply chain.
