摘  要:约束理论(TOC)是企业识别并消除在实现目标过程中存在制约因素(即约束)的管理理念和原则。TOC指导润滑服务人员找出运作上的制约因素及利用自己有限的资源(资金、设备、人员等),使企业在极短时间内,无需大量额外投资的前提下,实现服务运作及盈利上的显著改善。润滑服务针对设备维护和保养开展,可以用“鼓+缓冲+绳法”的链条来表示。约束理论有一套思考的方法和持续改善的程序,在润滑服务项目中,按照找出瓶颈、挖尽瓶颈、迁就瓶颈、打破瓶颈、持续改善5个步骤进行。在润滑服务项目的推进中,每一个项目都必然有扰动,即墨菲效应影响项目的顺利进行,可以引入3种时间缓冲来应对墨菲效应,以保证项目能够按时完成。The Theory of Constraints(TOC)is a management philosophy comprised of principles designed to help enterpri⁃ses identify and overcome constraints that impede the achievement of their goals.TOC aids lubrication service personnel in identifying operational constraints and effectively utilizing limited resources-such as funds,equipment,and personnel-to achieve notable improvements in service operations and profitability over a short period,without necessitating substantial additional investment.Lubrication services,focused on equipment maintenance and upkeep,can be depicted through the"drum-buffer-rope"method.TOC offers a systematic approach for continuous improvement,which involves five steps in lubrication service projects:identifying bottlenecks,exploiting bottlenecks,subordinating processes to bottlenecks,eleva⁃ting bottlenecks,and achieving continuous improvement.As lubrication service projects progress,disturbances-often re⁃ferred to as the Murphy effect-can impact their smooth execution.To mitigate these effects,three types of time buffers can be introduced,ensuring the project is completed on schedule.
