摘　　要：为打造安全的220号矿物型造纸机油国产供应链,文章探究了采用国产150BS基础油导致造纸机油氧化安定性、铜片腐蚀性能不合格的原因,并从添加剂筛选、基础油优化2个维度进行了造纸机油配方研究。结果表明,采用国产150BS基础油、400N基础油-1、造纸机油复合剂Y,复配0.03%A1、0.05%A2金属钝化剂,可明显改善产品氧化安定性和铜片腐蚀性能,且调制的220号造纸机油成本更优,生产供应链更安全,满足QB/T 2766-2006《矿物型造纸机循环润滑系统润滑油》行业标准。To establish a safe domestic supply chain for No.220 mineral papermaking machine oil,this paper investigates the causes of unqualified oxidation stability and copper corrosion performance associated with the use of domestic 150BS base oil.The study focuses on the formulation of papermaking machine oil from two perspectives:additive screening and base oil optimization.The results indicate that employing domestic 150BS base oil,alongside 400N base oil-1 and paper⁃making oil compound Y,combined with 0.03%A1 and 0.05%A2 metal passivators,can significantly improve the product's oxidation stability and copper corrosion performance.Furthermore,the formulated No.220 papermaking machine oil demon⁃strates enhanced cost-effectiveness and a safer production supply chain,complying with the industry standard QB/T 2766-2006 Mineral Paper Machine Circulating Oil.
