摘　　要：文章介绍了可生物降解液压油的3个认证标准(EU Ecolabel、Denison HF-6和JCMAS P042),对比各标准特点及标准适用场景,总结了可生物降解液压油的性能要求,为可生物降解液压油的研制与开发提供参考。除了理化性能、橡胶相容性等指标的差异外,最重要的区别在于评价抗磨性的泵试验,对于油品开发用何种泵试验,申请认证种类,参考标准类型,最重要的是结合具体应用工况。EU Ecolabel认证所满足的ISO 15380标准可作为可生物降解液压油的最低技术要求。若液压系统同时含有叶片泵和柱塞泵,可考虑T6H20C双泵试验台架评测油品性能;若油品用于移动机械设备,则首推A2F10台架评测油品性能。This paper provides an overview of three certification standards for biodegradable hydraulic oil:EU Ecolabel,Den⁃ison HF-6,and JCMAS P042.It compares the characteristics and applicable scenarios of each standard,summarizes the performance requirements for biodegradable hydraulic oil,and offers insights for its research and development.In addition to differences in physical and chemical properties and rubber compatibility,the most critical distinction is the pump tests used to assess wear resistance.Important considerations include which kind of pump is used for oil development,the ap⁃propriate certification to obtain,which standards to reference,and the most important thing,the combination to the specific application conditions.The ISO 15380 standard,which aligns with the EU Ecolabel certification,serves as the minimum technical requirement for biodegradable hydraulic oil.For hydraulic systems that incorporate both vane and plunger pumps,the T6H20C dual pump test bench is recommended for performance evaluation.In contrast,for oils intended for mobile ma⁃chinery and equipment,the A2F10 test bench is preferred for assessing oil performance.
