老城区大型医院可持续改扩建策略探讨——以贵州中医药大学第一附属医院为例

摘　　要：本文根据我国老城区大型医院的发展现状及建筑环境特点,总结其常见改扩建模式,基于城市更新及可持续发展理念,从设计角度出发,总结老城区大型医院改扩建的主要策略,并结合贵州中医药大学第一附属医院工程案例进行说明,以期为类似项目提供借鉴。In the past 30 years,rapid urbanization in China has led to a series of urban problems,including land scarcity,traffic congestion,difficulty in accessing medical care,and poor environmental quality.In this context,some large hospitals with a certain development history have become the driving force for the development of surrounding areas,resulting in densely populated residential areas,traffic jams and complex urban environments around hospitals.As"urban renewal"gradually becomes the main focus of urban construction,the expansion and renovation of existing hospital campuses in"old urban areas"have become an important component of urban renewal.Therefore,the research on sustainable strategies for the expansion and renovation of large hospitals in old urban areas has significant reference value for current urban renewal projects.This paper draws on the"organic renewal"theory proposed by Professor Wu Liangyong in urban planning research,which advocates for urban or architectural design to follow the laws of urban development,respect the existing urban fabric,and carry out precise demolition,construction and renovation,to achieve the continuous"metabolism"of the city(or district).It proposes the concept of sustainable expansion and renovation for large hospitals in old urban areas,which involves effectively utilizing limited resources to meet the current needs of hospitals while ensuring the design is forward-looking,leaving space for future hospital development,and enabling harmonious coexistence between the hospital and the city(or district)to achieve"orderly renewal"within the unique environment of the old urban area.In formulating the sustainable expansion and renovation strategy for large hospitals in old urban areas,this paper focuses on the typical characteristics of the hospital campus environment,such as land scarcity,the serious shortage of medical space,disordered flow lines and the need of maintain continuous hospital operations.It summarizes the different demands and main conflicts among stakeholders in
