摘  要:在城市化与全球化快速发展的背景下,历史建筑保护及再利用成为国内外学界热议的焦点,也是城市更新重点关注对象。现有研究多聚焦于保护策略与技术,忽视了对被保护对象的文化内涵(如艺术)的剖析。同时,传统定性研究方法往往依赖人类直觉且耗费大量人力和时间成本,随着数字化和智能化(数智)技术的不断进步,建筑文化研究正逐步迈向高效、科学与深度阶段。本文聚焦数字档案、机器学习与科学数据分析三大核心数智化技术体系,系统探讨如何精准获取、分类与解析历史建筑的关键文化特征因子,深度剖析建筑本体的文化谱系,并试图提炼数智化建筑文化研究范式,为历史建筑数字化保护提供可行路径与方法依据。Against rapid urbanisation and globalisation,architectural conservation has garnered significant scholarly attention worldwide.While existing studies predominantly emphasise policy strategies and technical measures,they often fail to thoroughly investigate the cultural essence of these architectural legacies,encompassing artistic,technological,social and spiritual dimensions.Moreover,the reliance on conventional qualitative methods,with their heavy dependence on expert intuition and substantial human labour,has limited the efficiency and scalability of cultural research.As digital and intelligent(so-called"smart")technologies advance,architectural culture research is gradually shifting toward a more efficient,scientific and in-depth model.This paper focuses on three core digital-intelligent technologies,digital archives,machine learning,and scientific data analysis,to investigate how researchers can precisely capture,classify,and interpret the cultural essence of historic buildings.Firstly,digital archives aim to preserve,manage,and retrieve various records in digital form.Employing digital archives for architectural culture research goes beyond the traditional practice of piecing together scattered materials and representing buildings through systematically organised data,an essential step toward a digitally intelligent approach.Establishing such an archive involves two primary tasks:conducting digital surveys of physical heritage sites and digitising historical documents.These tasks facilitate shared management and lays the groundwork for subsequent data extraction and analysis.In this case,digital archives provide a comprehensive record of buildings while reliably translating physical artefacts into structured data.Secondly,machine learning leverages algorithms that enable computers to detect patterns,structures,and regularities in data and then use these insights to predict new inputs.When applied to the study of architectural culture,the central task of machine learning revolves around data classification.In
