数字经济对国民收入分配的影响研究——基于数字经济国民收入流量表的理论与实证分析

摘　　要：数字经济不仅是经济高质量发展的引擎,也是影响国民收入分配的重要因素。本文将投入产出表与国民收入流量表相结合,从理论上论证了数字经济发展影响国民收入分配的传导模型,将机构部门收入变化分解为增加值规模效应、增加值结构效应和收入系数效应三个因素,并将三个因素进一步分解为数字经济核心产业和传统产业的影响效应。2002—2020年相关年份的实证结果表明,规模效应和收入系数效应增加了机构部门收入,而增加值结构效应降低了机构部门收入。在三种因素共同作用下,我国国民收入分配格局朝着更加有利于住户部门的方向发展。数字经济核心产业规模效应的影响力不断增强,且对住户部门的影响作用最大,发展数字经济有利于增加居民收入,符合“努力提高居民收入在国民收入分配中的比重”的政策目标。The digital economy is not only a new engine for China's high-quality economic development,but also an important factor affecting the national income distribution.This paper demonstrates the conduction model of the digital economy on national income distribution theoretically by integrating the input-output tables and national income-flow tables.Income changes of the institutional sector can be decomposed into three factors,that is the scale effect,the value-added structure effect,and income coefficient effect.The factors are further decomposed into the influential roles of the core industries of the digital economy and the traditional industries.The empirical results for the period 2002-2020 indicate that the scale effect and income coefficient effect increase institutional sector income,while the value-added structure effect reduces institutional sector income.As a result of these factors,the pattern of national income distribution is evolving in a direction more favorable to the household sector.In addition,the scale effect of the core industries of the digital economy is constantly increasing,and its impact on the household sector is the greatest.Developing the digital economy helps increase household income.It is consistent with the policy objective of"striving to increase the share of residents'income in the distribution of national income".
