我国数字经济融合特征及其变化趋势分析

摘　　要：本文从价值链投入产出视角界定了数字经济融合的概念和范围,划分数字经济融合类型,构建了一组数字经济融合测度指标体系。基于RAS的拓展方法(IGRAS)创建了2001—2020年数字经济序列投入产出表新数据集,测度了数字经济核心部门内部以及数字经济核心部门与数字化效率提升部门之间来自供给与需求两个方向的融合程度,总结了数字经济融合的主要特征。研究表明,数字经济核心部门与供给侧和需求侧部门的平均融合度均超过国民经济各部门的平均融合程度,呈现出较强的拉动与推动力量;数字经济核心部门与原材料、能源和机械制造部门的供给侧融合度较高,与生产性服务业部门的供给侧融合逐渐加深,反映出数字经济核心部门发展对上游关联部门的依赖性增强;数字经济核心部门与部分制造业部门和研发部门的需求侧融合度较高,表明数字经济核心部门为发展高端制造业和开展研发活动提供了数字化和智能化支持,不同部门的数字化进程存在明显差异;不同类型的数字经济核心部门与国民经济各部门之间的融合方式呈现多样性,体现了基于数字经济产业关联的紧密性与渗透性差异。本研究对于把握现阶段数字经济融合发展特征和趋势,深刻认识数字经济融合的多样化模式,对激励产业数字化和数字产业化具有重要意义。Based on the value chain input-output perspective,this paper defines the concept and scope of digital economy convergence,divides the types of digital economy convergence,constructs a set of indicators to measure the convergence of digital economy,and uses improved generalized biproportional scaling(IGRAS)method to create a new series input-output table of digital economy from 2001 to 2020.The convergence degree of supply and demand is measured within the core sector of digital economy and between the core sector of digital economy and the digital efficiency improvement sector,and the main characteristics of digital economy convergence are summarized.The results show that,firstly,the average convergence degree between the core sector of digital economy and the supply-side and demand-side sectors exceeds the average convergence level of all sectors of the national economy,showing a strong pulling and promoting force.Secondly,the core sector of digital economy has a high degree of supply-side convergence with the raw materials,energy and machinery manufacturing sectors,and the supply-side convergence with the productive service sectors has gradually deepened,reflecting the increased dependence of the development of the core sectors of digital economy on the upstream related sectors.Thirdly,the high degree of demand-side convergence between the core sector of the digital economy and some manufacturing sectors and R&D indicates that the core sector of the digital economy provides digital and intelligent support for the development of high-end manufacturing and R&D activities,and the digitalization process of different sectors is significantly different.Fourthly,the convergence modes show diversity between different core sectors of digital economy and various sectors of the national economy,reflecting the closeness and penetration differences based on the industrial correlation of the digital economy.This study has guiding significance for grasping the characteristics and trends of the convergence development of the d
