摘  要:为加强成品油输送管道阴保设备故障的监测和处理,以山西省某成品油输送管道阴保站故障诊断和维修过程为例,进行了三方面故障的原因分析和整改:一是对阴保系统无输出进行了原因分析,就恒电位仪更换进行了选型计算,在管道使用年限20年左右3PE防腐情况下,保护电流密度j取值25μA/m²可起到良好的保护效果;二是探索使用铜线跨接法对阳极地床线断点进行定位,大大减少了电缆更换所需的开挖量和电缆使用量;三是对管道受到的交流杂散电流干扰原因进行了分析,使用固态去耦合器结合排流地床进行了排流,共设置排流点10处。经过整改,阴保系统恢复功能,线路断电电位达到保护要求。order to strengthen the monitoring and treatment of faults of cathodic protection equipment of oil product transportation pipeline,taking the fault diagnosis and maintenance process of a cathodic protection station of oil product transportation pipeline in Shanxi Province as an example,the causes of faults are analyzed from three aspects,and the rectification measures are proposed.Firstly,the reasons for the lack of output in the cathodic protection system are analyzed,and a selection calculation was carried out for the replacement of the constant potential instrument.The result shows that under the 3PE anticorrosion condition with a pipeline service life of about 20 years,a protection current density j value of 25μA/m²can achieve good protection effect.Secondly,the use of copper wire bridging method to locate the breakpoint of anode ground bed line is explored,which can greatly reduce the excavation and cable usage required for cable replacement.Thirdly,the causes of AC stray current interference on pipelines are analyzed,and a solid-state decoupler combined with a drainage bed is used for drainage,and a total of 10 drainage points were set up.Through rectification,the cathodic protection system recovers the function and the line outage potential can meet the protection requirements.
